ERA American Realty is pleased to announce that Arbuth Bumgarner has recently earned his Florida real estate license has associated with ERA American’s Beverly Hills Office.

A resident of Citrus County for 20 years, Arbuth and his wife of 35 years, Ann, fully appreciate the lifestyle that Citrus County affords. In fact, Arbuth is dedicated to exposing our wonderful county and all it has to offer through several avenues.

As an independent business owner, Arbuth has literally traveled the globe setting up product development and distribution for his importing, consulting and marketing company, Hernando Moss. Specifically, for the past 14 years, Arbuth has an office based in China where he has built an extensive and successful arm of his company.

Arbuth’s love of Citrus County has manifested itself in his active involvement with the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce. While promoting the Citrus County lifestyle with his Chamber activities, it occurred to him that the growth of wealth he has seen through his business in China might be leveraged to bring Chinese money to Citrus County for tourism and investment. Recently, the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce named Arbuth its official Ambassador to China to formulate a beginning to that process.

“As a business owner, I have seen the amazing growth of the private sector in China in recent years. With this increase in disposable income, I thought why not direct it to Citrus County,” stated Bumgarner. He went on to say that investment in real estate seemed a natural avenue for this to happen and he obtained his real estate license and affiliated with ERA American Realty, a local franchise of the international ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. to set his plan in motion.
